This letter is to make you aware that Signature HealthCARE has entered into a settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General to resolve a matter involving therapy services at some of our skilled nursing facilities.
It is important for you to know that this settlement will not impact the quality of care or innovative initiatives provided to our residents. Resident care remains our first priority, and we are dedicated to continuing our mission and vision to revolutionize the Healthcare industry with exemplary resident-centered care and innovative quality of life initiatives.
Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County continues the National Skilled Nursing Week celebrations with character day. Stakeholders and residents enjoyed cotton candy & popcorn together.
Yesterday, May 15th, Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County staff and residents enjoyed relaxing in their pajamas with deep fried Oreos, chips & popcorn. We all later enjoyed a nice movie.
At Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County, we kicked off National Nursing Home Week with Sports Day. Stakeholders and residents enjoyed deep fried corn dogs, chips & soda to cool off from the hot competition. Followed by some corn hole and basketball shoot-out.
