Signature Healthcare of Spencer County delivered another great week of the “Apprentice” based on the popular TV show. For this weeks challenge the teams were given the project of developing and delivering an above and beyond Quality of Life initiative for the residents.
The rules of the project were that it had to be FUN of course, and touch all the residents in the entire center. The Compassionate Angels had a “Winter Ball” complete with a snowball toss, “giant marshmallow” and a King and Queen of the ball.
They had dancing, cake and punch and took their refreshments on the move to all the residents in their rooms. The Intimidators had a “Big Top Magic show”. It came complete with a big top, clowns, ringmaster and Mr. Steve the magician.
There was circus peanuts, popcorn, animal crackers and soda. The magic show had everyone in amazement and the event was topped off with face painting. The team made sure to make rounds to the residents in their rooms as well and their days were brightened by our team of clowns that had many smiles and laughs for all.
The winning team for this week was the Intimidators and they were dismissed and safe from the boardroom with Mr. Brown aka Donald Trump). The Compassionate Angels lost their project manager as he was “fired”. All in great fun the week was a wonderful chance for our dedicated management team to give back to our residents’ we love and cherish so very much…..
The goal of our game is to deliver quality initiatives and impact all areas of our center. I invite you to stay tuned to next weeks challenge, where another great project will be completed by the two teams competing.
