Nothing hits the spot like good old blueberry pancakes, especially on a cold, snowy day! Big, plump blueberries, lots of butter, and syrup are what make them so good! Who cares for extra sugar when you have blueberries! I think if I had made them all day long, they would have eaten them all day.
In April, we will be making “cinnamon roll” pancakes. We cannot wait!
