To each one who has been a part of my life and the life of my mom Betty Shelburne, words really cannot say what is in my heart. I want to express how grateful I am to each nurse who has taken care of mom. I know she was hard at times, but your care never stopped because of that. Thank you for each time you called for everything that she had going on. You are all angels to me because of your care and love for mom. I can say she loved each of you.
