I cannot tell you how happy I am that mom and dad are in your facility. It is obvious that the staff truly cares for my parents and they stay on top of even the smallest things. Such as checking for bruises, making changes to their room (padding on the bedrails and non-skid strips on the floor), etc. The staff at your facility, puts your facility head and shoulders above all the others.
