Get ready!!! Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be at Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County on Saturday December 15th. For a five dollar donation to the Signature HealthCARE Research Institute for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, you can have your child’s picture taken with Mr. and Mrs. Clause. Pictures will be taken from 2-4pm in front of the fire-place in the atrium.
