I came to Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County following surgery and a short hospital stay. I was in need of rehabilitation services to get me up and moving again. The care I received was more than I expected. I am unable to recognize any one person or even a few individuals for providing excellent care as every staff member was great. “Everyone here goes above their call of duty.” This facility is full of smiling faces, laughter, and people who genuinely enjoy caring for others. Although there is no place like home, I would consider Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County as second home even if it was just for a short period. I am looking forward to returning home; thankful for the all the friendships I have made during my stay.
